Career Path and Contributions
Before joining Facebook, Rachael held a pivotal role as a news-marketing hybrid, leading digital and social initiatives at Cox Media Group. She holds a BA in Telecommunication from the University of Florida and an MA in Digital Journalism from the University of South Florida.
Community Involvement
Rachael is a board member of iFLY Youth, a nonprofit with a mission to develop middle school girls of color into global leaders through international travel and community building. She also has a proven history of volunteerism with organizations like Urban League Young Professionals, Junior League, Boys and Girls Club, and currently with Reading Partners (AmeriCorps), tutoring at an elementary school once a week.
